Fasting-Prayer

“Now, therefore,” says the Lord, “Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.” 13 So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the Lord your God, For He is gracious and merciful, Slow to anger, and of great kindness; And He relents from doing harm.

Joel 2:12,13

Isn’t it amazing how much things have changed in the past year? Maybe you’re looking at the rubble of your life and don’t know where to turn. Maybe you’re perplexed by the chaos you’re seeing in the world around you. Maybe you sense a growing secularism or cynicism in culture.

How is it that things really change in our lives and the world we live in? Is it possible that God is inviting us to adopt a different posture and cry out to God like never before?

There is an invitation from God to seek Him and change the future through our prayers. God has made His desire clear to His Church, will we respond? Will we ascend the mountain of the Lord and seek Him?

This January join us for 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting as we respond to God’s invitation by seeking His presence and putting Him first.
